We are now recruiting for a Delivery Manager who will be accountable for leading one or more agile software engineering teams, in planning and delivering the vision and objectives, both within Product and Technology. You will be collaborating with stakeholders across the business and IT, including our external partners to achieve the best results for the business, your role will be pivotal to shape ways of working, innovation and continuous delivery.

You will lead teams responsible for the overall delivery against strategic product road maps.

  • Coaching teams to be predictable, sustainable, value driven and flexible.
  • Support the team by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the team has clarity on vision and goals.
  • Maintaining team velocity and focus on committed goals, by removing blockers, managing dependencies, issues and risks.
  • Working across organisational & geographical boundaries, to help teams overcome obstacles and get the best value against constraints.
  • Reporting on team progress towards goals, managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

You’ll also be adept at delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for your team and planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.


  • Proven experience, either as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager or as a Delivery Manager
  • Expert knowledge and experience cultivating high performing teams utilising Agile & Lean techniques.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple technical or digital projects and/or products, meeting outcomes and driving business value.
  • Experience of working across the full Software Development Life Cycle in a dynamic fast paced environment.
