We are now recruiting for a Business Analyst to support the dnata brands.

dnata are currently undertaking an exciting global project, across all of our brands. We are now recruiting for a Business Analyst, with extensive experience in software engagement and Agile methodologies, with experience in travel being highly desirable, but not essential.

You will be the liaison between the business and operations community, the technical teams and vendors. Regularly engaging with our tech teams, you’ll be required to translate functional and business requirements into technical requirements and specifications.

You will work closely with business units and subject matter experts to identify business needs, highlight improved business process opportunities, develop requirements, identify and select solutions and vendors, as well as support the project manager and product owner in the management of the portfolio.

In order to be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive business analysis experience
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Understanding of business analysis principles, processes and techniques
  • Ability to think analytically, solve problems to complex business processes, and document results
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner across functional and technical departments
  • Ability to develop and prepare process models, functional specifications, and technical requirements
  • Must be process-oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through including the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment
  • Must be energetic, driven and committed to project success while working under tight time constraints and pressure
  • The ability to perform industry research to clarify, define, or satisfy technology or business process issues
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office and Visio


  • Business Analyst Recognised Qualification
  • Qualifications in Six Sigma, SCRUM or Agile
  • Experience in the travel industry
