Are you to start your career in HR or internal recruitment? Do you want to gain some experience in a friendly internal recruitment team, working closely with HR?
In this role, you’ll be supporting our internal recruitment service, gaining hands-on experience with our team of Resourcing Partners. This will include coordinating our volume recruitment; team administration & reporting; managing our inbox; managing the ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme and lots more.
We’re looking for someone who is super-organised, with excellent attention to detail and great administration skills.

Job Accountabilities
- Maintain the online application tracking system (ATS)
- Manage the People Resourcing Team inbox
- Assist the Resourcing Partners in sifting candidate applications
- Assist in booking interviews, assessment centres and meeting rooms
- Co-ordinate all recruitment administration
- Complete ‘right to work’ checks
- Issue offer letters
- Produce weekly and ad-hoc reports
- Manage the Refer a Friend scheme
- Support the People and Culture Team to ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and filed in the internal electronic library
- Maintain internal vacancy communications
- Manage the Purchase Order process for the Resourcing Team
- Ensure the storage of all sensitive information is maintained securely and confidentially Support People & Culture projects and organisational change
To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a HR or Recruitment Team
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Proven administration skills and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- A confidential and professional approach at all times
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience in using a recruitment or HR system - desirable
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well as part of a dispersed team over multiple sites, supporting hiring managers remotely and covering for colleagues in their absence
- Self-motivated and able to take the initiative when required
