We are now recruiting for an experienced Product Manager to work alongside key business stakeholders and our Product leadership team to define vision & strategy, with responsibility for planning and managing the improvements and transformations for the Travel Republic brand.

dnata Travel Group acquired several brands through an aggressive acquisition strategy and we are now building out the existing Product function to support new value streams.  In this role, you will be a dedicated Product Manager for the brand, responsible for driving innovative, value led roadmaps, focussed on the realisation of customer and business value and embedding innovation into the brand strategy.  

We are looking for someone with experience of developing products on behalf of a B2C travel business with an in-depth knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and the roadmap for delivering the Brand Strategy and Product Vision. You need to have a passion for product that drives you to create great products our customers love, ensuring that customer needs are reflected in the Product Roadmap and that the Roadmap is aligned to our strategy.

Your approach should be collaborative and engaging, ensuring the whole team is on the journey with you.

 To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Demonstrable Product Manager experience, ideally working in the Online travel arena, but with a strong e-commerce background
  • A strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle and be able to articulate the process required to ensure a focus on customer and business value from setting the product vision through, feasibility to maturity and retirement.
  • A self-starter, able to build a roadmap from scratch with the business, making independent decisions within a group framework.
  • The ability to prioritise and make trade off decisions independently and in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Results and outcome focussed and motivated by commercial success
  • Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Scaled Agile etc. are beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, able to develop good relationships with stakeholders at all levels across multiple locations
  • Strong data manipulation and interpretation skills, including the ability to access and read diverse data sets and use them to inform decisions
  • Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong work ethic with a real commitment to continuous improvement
