Paid Performance Manager (0366)

  • Location:

dnata Travel Group, part of the Emirates Group, includes the brands of Gold Medal, Netflights, Travelbag, Travel Republic, and Sunmaster. These brands are based at offices across the UK including Preston (Leyland), Kingston-upon-Thames, Chester and Halifax.

We are now recruiting for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the management and implementation of various digital marketing channels which include PPC, Display Retargeting, Affiliates, Paid Social Activity, and Meta. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known travel brand and develop your online marketing skills. As part of dynamic online marketing team, you will be tasked with finding areas of opportunity to drive profitable growth in an industry heavily impacted by Covid-19. You will be encouraged to bring fresh ways of working to the team and no idea is off-limits providing it aligns with the business’ overall objectives.

  • Implementation of the business’ strategy across relevant market channels to drive profitable growth. Work closely with the Head of Paid Performance for guidance and expert insight.
  • Regular (daily, weekly) reporting on campaign performance and assist with in-depth analysis for relevant stakeholders if requested
  • Management of monthly paid performance budget
  • Development of stand-alone paid channel strategies to drive growth and efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders fully onboarding new campaigns and marketing channels
  • Ensure current bid management platform is utilised effectively and all relevant “best in class” features are implemented

The Paid Performance Manager will also work closely with the Head of Paid Performance as well as internal and external stakeholders to drive profitable growth for the business.      

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent
  • Strong project management – ability to manage and deliver several marketing activities at the same time.
  • Experience in implementing PPC campaigns with the aim to drive growth and margin.
  • Ability to optimise Meta channels effectively and achieve ROI targets
  • Passionate about performance marketing with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Experience of bid management and attribution tools.
