We are now recruiting for a talented Graphic Designer to join us in Leyland to cover a period of maternity leave. In this role you’ll deliver creative solutions to activity briefs for both online and offline activity for all our B2B brands for a range of media including advertising campaigns, brochures, direct mail, email, web-based solutions, presentations and video 

Job Accountabilities 

• Produce visual solutions to communicate tactical and brand messages  
• Work accurately to a brief delivered by our Marketing Team to develop creative ideas and concepts  
• Deliver design solutions to briefs on time with high level of accuracy 
• Work with a wide range of design software applications including InDesign, HTML/Dreamweaver, Premier Pro, Microsoft 365 Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and MailChimp. 
• Share accountability for the turnover and performance of design solutions and seek feedback on the success of campaigns. 
• Quality check and proofread all work to ensure accuracy and brand integrity  
• Manage your workload and liaise with Design Studio Manager and Marketing Team to ensure deadlines are met. 
• Keeps abreast of developments in IT, particularly design programmes and ecommerce applications. 
• Seek feedback on all creative and act upon this in development of new activity 
• Work with Design Studio Manager and Marketing Team to ensure design is within usability guidelines for end customer. 

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:  

• Degree, HND or equivalent in graphic design. 

• Previous commercial design experience – both online and offline. 
• Knowledge of creative design and artworking for a wide range of marketing material including brochures, adverts, posters, direct mail, magazines, web, social, eshots, presentations and videos.  
• Experience of InDesign, HTML/Dreamweaver, Premier Pro, Microsoft Office 365, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat. 
• Great attention to detail. 
• Excellent visual creative skills. 
• A good presenter of ideas and concepts. 
• Able to remain resilient under pressure and tight deadlines. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
• Self-motivated. 

 Desirable: 

• MailChimp experience  
• Travel industry knowledge
