We are now recruiting for Customer Service Advisors based at our UK flagship office in Leyland, supporting our B2B brands.
This is great opportunity to join a fast paced and exciting industry where no 2 days are quite the same. In this role you will service after-sales calls from our travel agent partners providing the excellent service that they expect from us.
Our customer service team are dedicated and passionate about supporting our travel agent partners, going the extra mile, and making them and their customers feel valued at each step of their journey and make us stand out from the crowd.
Day to day you will be responsible for supporting our travel agent partners and providing great after-sales care both over the phone and via email. This will include:
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm. We will also consider part-time of 30 hours per week over 4 days, after the initial training period.
