We are now recruiting for Customer Service Advisors based at our flagship contact centre in Leyland. In this role you will service after-sales calls from our customers, providing the excellent service that our customers expect.
We have full time and part-time roles available. Full time is 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm. Part time is a minimum of 16 hours per week, however you need to be able to work full time for the first two weeks to attend your induction training.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will take calls from travel agents and customers and deal with a range of queries and requests. This will include pre-booking seats & special meals on flights, commission & VAT queries, taking balance payments and making changes to bookings.
You need to be able to provide an excellent customer experience by building relationships quickly, identifying customer needs and accurately delivering solutions.
Start dates for this role are in late September.
