We are now recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to service after-sales calls from our customers and provide the excellent service that our customers expect.
In this role you will take calls from travel agents and customers dealing with a range of queries and request. This includes prebooking seats & special meals on flights, commission & VAT queries, taking balance payments and making changes to bookings.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
