We are now recruiting for Customer Service Advisors based at our flagship contact centre in Leyland. As a Customer Service Advisor you will service after-sales calls our customers, providing the excellent service that our customers expect.
In this role you will take calls from travel agents and customers dealing with a range of queries and requests. This includes prebooking seats & special meals on flights, commission & VAT queries, taking balance payments and making changes to bookings.
You must be able to provide an excellent customer experience by building relationships quickly, identifying customer needs and accurately delivering solutions.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm.
