Administration Team Manager - temporary for 6 months (0099)

dnata Travel, part of the Emirates Group, includes the brands of Gold Medal, Travel 2, Netflights, Travelbag, Travel Republic, Global Travel Group and Sunmaster.

We are now recruiting for an Administration Team Manager to support and develop our expanding fulfilment and customer service teams. In this role you will lead a team of consultants to achieve targets and KPIs, developing their skills and ensuring they meet the exceptional customer service our customers expect from us.

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm

To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven record of success in a service environment
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • IT literate
  • Travel industry/contact centre experience - desirable
