Job Accountabilities

This role, part of the Commercial team is all about our promoting and marketing the right product to our customers at the right prices, within the right channels, and importantly, filling our planes departing from the UK & Ireland to our home Dubai and beyond. It’s about ensuring we anticipate our customer’s requirements, we understand them, and we use our knowledge to promote holidays that they will love over and over again.

You will be focussed on supporting the Acquisition Manager to deliver all business requirements by creating and delivering tactical, partner and brand marketing campaigns, and always promoting our amazing holiday experiences. You’ll be talking to our customer’s in their language, and that of the Emirates brand. You will continuously analyse our marketing performance, within all channels and recommend best practices to ensure we are always retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Acquisition Manager to deliver the annual brand marketing and PR plan, including working with product, ecommerce, corporate communications and senior management as well as external agency partners.
  • Assisting the Acquisition Manager to deliver both partner and tactical marketing calendars, including generating pricing in partnership with product, writing copy, choosing imagery and general asset creation for all marketing channels including brochure, direct mail, digital, social, press, flash sales, EDMs.
  • Where required write briefs for external partners action and manage the partners delivery.
  • Continuous ROI reporting for all marketing activity.
  • Support the Acquisition Manager to identify core customer segments, as well as driving growth in quality acquisition through the delivery of multichannel campaign activity and one-off tactical promotions.
