dnata Travel Group, part of the Emirates Group, includes the brands of Gold Medal, Netflights, Travelbag and Travel Republic. 

We are now recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join us in Leyland, supporting our B2C brands. In this role you will process finance transactions from our customers, resolving any queries relating to the transactions and the reconciliation of bank statements. 

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely each week. 

Job Accountabilities 

  • Process Refunds and chargebacks (including chargeback defences) 
  • Balance sheet reconciliations of card payments & refunds 
  • Evaluating & reducing fraud  
  • Monthly bank reconciliations  
  • Posting monies onto ledger allocating correctly against bookings  
  • Following escalation process for bookings not paid to terms 

To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:  

  • Previous experience of banking or balance sheet reconciliations 
  • Previous experience of working with a team in a large organisation or shared service centre  
  • Excellent Excel skills & good all-round Microsoft Office skills 
  • Accurate data entry skills 
  • Able to work to targets  
  • Great communication skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Team work skills
