We are now recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated people to join us as Travel Sales Consultants at our stores in Alton and Winchester.
We are looking for people who have a passion for the travel and are driven to learn and develop their skills and knowledge. Ideally you will also have travelled a little and have some work experience in a customer facing role, but your passion and will to succeed is much more important to us.
If successful you will you will embark on a 12-month training programme, which will start with 3 weeks off-site training in Preston (accommodation, travel and expenses will be paid). You will then continue your development both ‘on the job’ and with up to 5 off-site weekly courses over the next year or so.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 9am and 9pm, 5 days over 7.
The first stage of the selection process will be a telephone interview with one of our Sales Managers or Assistant Managers, where we will ask you about your passion for travel and other skills. Successful candidates at this stage will then be invited to an assessment centre in either London on 18th February 2020 or Preston on 20th February 2020.
Start Date: 23rd March 2020 with 3 weeks off-site training in Preston (accommodation, travel and expenses will be paid)
