Resourcing Partner (0413)

Our Recruitment team is small but mighty and we’re now looking for a talented Resourcing Partner to join us! You will work closely with Technology hiring managers and internal stakeholders to co-ordinate the full recruitment cycle for roles based in these locations.

Duties will include all aspects of vacancy and candidate management; sourcing talent via social media platforms, CV screening, telephone interviewing, scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, communicating feedback, liaising with external agencies, maintaining the hiring plan and candidate databases such as our ATS.

Job Accountabilities

  • Manage the end-to end recruitment process for roles based in Kingston and Leyland, with particular focus on Tech roles – in particular Engineering, Project Management, Business Analysis and Delivery Managers
  • Build partnerships with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders of all levels to ensure the correct recruitment processes and procedures are followed and provide technical and strategic support
  • Ensure job descriptions and role advertising are current and relevant. Assist with a benchmarking exercise to validate package offerings where appropriate
  • Create advertising scripts and other relevant communication to support the attraction strategy. Determine the optimum channels for advertising and monitor trends (eg job boards, careers pages, social media, etc)
  • Actively source and headhunt the best candidates via job boards and social media channels (eg LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Stack Overflow)
  • Pre-screen candidates through CV screening and telephone interviews


Skills and Experience


  • Proven in-house or agency recruitment experience to a senior level is essential, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with experience of recruiting for Technical, Product and Digital roles
  • Possess a thorough understanding of recruitment best practice
  • Experience of using applicant tracking software
  • Experience of active sourcing, attraction and selection methods and a good knowledge of managing assessment centres, ensuring all selection processes are adhered to
  • Previous experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from interview to offer, liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other social media platforms

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to proactively engage and influence at all levels of an organisation
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
