We are now recruiting for a Product Insight Analyst to join our Tech Product Team at our office in Kingston upon Thames.
Your insight will help to ensure we’re prioritising the correct Product changes based on value then validating and monitoring this value once the changes are live. Use a range of tools to understand the impact of the change and propose further iterations, optimisations and bug fixes that will make the customer experience better and optimise the websites. As well as monitoring existing changes you will also be expected to proactively propose ideas based on data and insights you’ve gained.
You will ensure all elements of the website and customer behaviour are tracked, especially new Product changes and maintain data integrity across all data sources, joining and improving where necessary
We need you to be commercially savvy, great with numbers and ideally have worked within the travel industry, ecommerce or have some kind of multi-channel experience. Not essential but if you’ve worked in a Product environment and understand things like OKRs, you’ll fit right in!
