Job Title:  Junior / Graduate Customer Relationship Management Executive  
Hybrid: Home and Office Working 

Location: Leyland 

Salary: £19,000 – £20,500 p/annum – reviewed and increases every 6 months (up to a maximum of £23,000 p/annum)

We are looking for a Junior / Graduate CRM Executive to join our friendly team in Leyland. The Junior / Graduate CRM Executive will support a variety of our in-house brands to assist in maximising digital performance, assisting with customer conversion from digital marketing campaigns.   

Working with our key stakeholders you will help plan, brief and deliver tactical customer marketing campaigns, with audiences of over 200,000 potential customers at once.  

You will be responsible for driving conversion and retention by delivering highly targeted and personalised customer email marketing campaigns and behavioural automated lifecycles.  

The emails will be designed and delivered to you ready to go, where you select the relevant audiences, suggest edits and changes which will improve retention and click-through rates, using a data driven approach.  

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working to a fast paced and dynamic project plan. In addition someone who is interested in using data to make decisions, using year on year analytics to ensure the most effective journey for customers can be created from the email marketing campaigns.  

A reactive approach is essential to ensure our campaigns and offers are delivered ahead of our competitors.  

Working for the CRM Manager in our dynamic Marketing team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of customer email marketing campaigns and lifecycle journeys, from brief, creation, through to execution and results. 

Your responsibilities will also include maintaining CRM calendars, roadmaps and marketing communication schedules. 

Please note, we have a defined training program and scheme for this role. You will learn additional skills, with a review of these skills every 6 months. If you have learnt to involve these skills to a suitable level, your salary will increase as well.  

 To be successful in the role of a Junior CRM executive you require the following:  

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent – Marketing/Communications or other relevant subject is preferable 
  • Excellent proof reading skills 
  • Experience using a CRM platform (such as Salesforce or Mailchimp) 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, such as Power Point and Excel 

It would be advantageous if you had the following;  

  • Interest and/or experience in the travel industry 
  • Experience with any of the following; HTLM 5, Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, formatting and editing CSS  
  • Experience with content management systems 
  • An interest in analytics and analysing previous campaigns to make data driven decisions of future campaigns  
  • Experience of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team 
  • Experience of working well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
