We are now recruiting for a Head of Content who will report directly into the SEO Director. As the Head of Content you will work alongside key Business Stakeholders and leadership teams to shape and define a content vision & strategy for the dnata travel group brands.


Job Accountabilities

  • Excellent demonstrable understanding of content sources, media and their usage across the travel industry
  • Ability to plan, develop and implement content strategies to support the needs of the brands across dnata
  • Establishing and embedding a content function that can support the needs of the dnata B2C and B2B brands (digital and offline content and brochures)
  • Experience working with SEO requirements and best practice to deliver content across digital channels
  • Able to provide guidance on the creation and maintenance of blog, video and social content to utilise across multiple digital channels
  • Good understanding of content platforms (incl. video and image) and their associated workflow


Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge


  • Experience in a senior content role for multiple brands and territories
  • Management experience, preferably working in the Online travel arena, but with a strong e-commerce background
  • Experience of developing a content strategy in an enterprise business and making trade off decisions independently and in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Experience of working with and influencing all levels of the organisation

  • Excellent communication skills, able to develop good relationships with stakeholders at all levels across multiple locations
