dnata Travel Group, part of the Emirates Group, includes the brands of Gold Medal, Netflights, Travelbag, Travel Republic, Sunmaster and Triton Rooms. These brands are based at offices across the UK including Preston (Leyland), Kingston-upon-Thames, Chester (Deeside) and Halifax.

We are now recruiting for passionate and caring Customer Service Advisors based at our office in Deeside. In this role you will be handling calls and emails from our customers (internal and external) relating to their accommodation and transfer bookings.  You need to be able to provide an excellent customer experience by building relationships quickly, identifying customer needs and accurately delivering solutions within our agreed SLA’s.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 between 08:00-20:00 Monday – Friday and 09:00 – 18:00 at weekends

To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional telephone manner
  • Great organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to details
  • Travel industry experience is desirable
