This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global company with a reputation of providing excellent customer service to their internal and external clients.  We are recruiting a number of  Customer Service Advisors, the successful candidates will offer excellent communication & organisational skills and will be responsible for servicing our clients to company standard. Understanding clients booking needs and providing appropriate solutions for pre-travel, in resort problems and queries.

Hours: 38.75 hours per week between 08:00-20:00 Monday - Friday and 09:00 – 18:00 Saturday - Sunday.

Job Accountabilities

  • Ensuring all Passenger’s enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
  • Dealing with queries by Telephone and Email
  • Administer change requests received from passengers & agents before and during travel
  • Taking payments from passenger’s
  • Checking reservations to ensure correctly booked
  • Creating and amending reservations
  • Checking and booking tour reservations
  • Requesting rates when a hotel is sold out
  • Accurately recording all communication between internal & external contacts
  • Investigating all involuntary changes made by Suppliers and ensures information is correct
  • Adhering to all business SLA’s
  • Building and maintaining business relationships for internal and external consumers.
  • Processing daily administrative tasks
